Private riads are often found in remote areas where guests can enjoy privacy and seclusion. Renting the whole riad is a great way to host large parties, family reunions or your own wellness retreat.

Our private riad in Morocco offers seven bedrooms, generous living spaces and plenty of space to enjoy a drink and dine in comfort. We have a largely fully kitted modern kitchen as well as a nutritionally trained in-house chef, concierge service staff and large roof terrace.

The Riad is located in Marrakech Medina

Riad Zamzam is located on a quiet street in the northern part of Marrakech Medina. It’s just minutes away from the hustle and bustle but quiet enough for you to enjoy privacy and a good night’s sleep.

7 Bedrooms, Sleeps 17

Riad Zamzam can host 17 guests across 7 bedrooms. Each bedroom has been individually styled with African and French antiques, luxury furnishings, super king beds and its own en-suite bathroom. Beds can be reconfigured as twins and some suites allow for 1-2 extra beds. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 suites in total.

Communal SPaces

There are a number of common areas at Riad Zamzam for guests to enjoy. The Moroccan sitting room, with its magnificent fireplace, is ideal for sipping a cocktail before dinner or dining inside during the cooler months with the roaring fire. The courtyard, shaded by the palm, is wonderful for breakfast, writing, reading or playing games.

The roof terrace offers views of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, sun loungers and a shaded tent area with Moroccan sofas and cushions for relaxing drinks out of the desert sun. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the roof terrace, a lazy lunch or dinner under the stars.

We also have a plunge pool to cool off after exploring the Medina and our very own traditional Moroccan spa and hammam. Relax and be pampered at our luxurious spa, an integral part of your Riad Zamzam experience in Marrakech.

Breakfast included

An extensive breakfast is included and our in-house chef, Ilham, is on hand to provide any bespoke lunch or dinners, including kids’ meals that you require. We can cater to special dietary requirements.
